Rich Maloy is a successful entrepreneur and investor, with the personal mission to rebuild the US’s middle class. “The best path to rebuild the middle class in the US is through entrepreneurship,” he says.
His successful present has been paved by the mistakes of his past, from getting fired for sending an off-color joke to the wrong person (the big boss, nonetheless) to constantly blocking himself due to the fear of making mistakes. But years of experience and never giving up, taught him that “If you are not failing, you are not learning”.
Rich’s career in sales took over 7 months to be validated by his customers, but eventually led him to be the stellar salesperson of the company, for many consecutive years. “It took grinding and lots and lots of failure,” he shared with us.
